How to Remove Admins

Only administrators with ‘Add/edit/terminate Administrator’ permissions are able to delete Administrators in the PEX online Dashboard. If you are unable to remove an administrator, please check your permissions or ask another administrator in your organization to assist.

How to Remove Admins

1. Log into dashboard.pexcard.com

2. Click the “Team Members” tab in the left navigation

3. Locate the Administrator in the Team Members list

4. Click on the Administrator’s name

5. Click the “Delete Admin” button at the bottom

6. Click the blue “Delete” button in the confirmation dialogue box
