Providing Online Account Access to Cardholders on All Programs

Administrators can reduce their daily administrative burden and also empower staff when they give cardholders online access to their PEX card accounts.

A cardholder’s most common question is, “What is my card balance?” With online access (a profile set up at https://dashboard.pexcard.com/registration), a cardholder can: 

• Check their card balances for themselves
• Track their purchases, and upload receipts
• Help spot unfamiliar transactions on their card

If you want to offer this feature to your cardholders, then please be sure to enter accurate information when creating their profiles during the card ordering process (email address, DOB, etc.).

• Cardholders will need this information to

a) to register and create their PEX cardholder accounts, and
b) to get access to their individual card account information
