Transaction Notes can be used to connect a transaction with a particular project or Purchase Order, for instance, or to describe special circumstances of a purchase. Transaction Notes can also be added to funding transactions to keep track of why a card received funding. The maximum character count in a single Transaction Note is 200 characters. Multiple Notes can be added to a transaction.
Note:Administrators can also add Notes to a transaction that will not be visible to the cardholder.
Types of notes  User Notes: Created by administrators or cardholders for documentation purposes System Notes: Automatically generated by PEX for system events and approvals. These can only be edited by an Administrator. Approval Notes: Added during transaction review and approval workflows User Notes Create Notes for Funding Amounts
  • Locate the card
  • Click on the card’s Balance Adjustment Credit under the Transactions tab

  • Click on Add beside the Notes section

  • Add the note and save
  • Click on the Visible to the Cardholder button to allow the cardholder to view this note (optional)
