Limitations of PEX Requests

Review the default $10,000 per-request limit for cardholder PEX Requests and note that Realtime Funding accounts do not support PEX Requests.

By default the maximum amount a cardholder can ask for in a Request is $10,000 USD.

If your cardholders will routinely be requesting more than $10,000 per request, please contact the PEX admin support team for assistance.

Note:

PEX Requests are not available for accounts using Realtime Funding.
